Americans do see $$$$ before common sense  not all but its not unusal for free lancers to get stiffed without a iron clad contract. :sad:

Very good, its good to show people how contracts play a role and not to be afraid to negotiate, which is what people do so blindly nowadays in any freelance work even webdesign. See this in court all the time where people don't read the contracts when making absurd claims to only be dismissed and left with all the court fees.

However "let's hope his client is not following him on twitter"  :grin: :grin: :grin:
