There's a lot of pictures there dude, but they don't really jump out at me. Unfortunately I don't think you had enough zoom available to really get up close to one deer. Also the pictures are blurry and out of focus.
Out of interest does your camera have optical zoom and digital zoom? I would only use it up to the optical part otherwise quality will be sacrificed.
i'm sorry if that sounds a bit harsh but I think the camera may be limiting you especially for this type of shot.

Thanks for that mate. I'm using a Bridge Camera at the moment (Fujifinepix S1500 10.0mp with 12x optical zoom) so I think that may be holding me back on the focusing side as I didn't have my tripod so it does get a little shakey zoomed fully in.

Is digital zoom turned off? Were they shot at full zoom?
-
Yes, shot on full zoom (can you turn digi zoom off then??? :undecided:)
-
You could on my Fuji I think, so you just use optical hich will give you less zoom but will be a higher quality image.

:undecided: No idea what you're on about?? I'm a real novice at this lol :embarassed:

Just from my research it suggests you do have digi zoom but it's turned off as standard. Also check you're using the stabilization in the camera
