Title: Unit insurance?

Thinking about renting a Unit to do some work on the fleet of vehicles over the winter months.
Wondered if there were specific companies who would insure it against fire and theft?

The unit will be non rateable and is not a commercial enterprise. Anybody know where I should be looking?

Well this is proving harder than I thought. Apparently no-one insures their garage contents  :undecided:

I'm not a commercial enterprise but using commercial unit seems to have flummoxed everywhere I've tried.
