Dear All,
I have attempted at various times today to fix this, have read various posts on how to fix this and its baffling me!. The release catch inside car works and bonnets pops up but when I pull the plastic arrowed lever it does not release.All parts are well greased,springs in are place etc etc I even worked the mechanism myself for about 5 minutes seeing how it all worked.
I think bar taking it to a garage I can take a look at my cousins to see how his one works. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem?, also if anyone has any pointers ie can I get a technical drawing from vag or somewhere showing how it works?
