Good evening all,

George here,

Signed up primarily for some advice on my project and some dub chat.

Got a used to be tornado red now mossy green MK2 8V Digi GTi, just added the bubble block to it, fast cam, four branch, rebuilt head which was fun relapped valves oil stem seals etc, and slapped it all back together (only took me two years to finish and get back in car hence the mossy green haha).

Is my first project but sure wont be my last.

I hope you will all be able to accept me as one of your own - if not then stuff ya haha  :wink:

hi there the names richard had my golf 2.0 gti 8v for 3 weeks now loing every moment with it slowly starting to modify it
im from the south east like reading area im 20 years old and loving the site and fourms already :grin:

I'm from the Cider Isles in Somerset.

How does the 2 litre compare to the 1.8?

Can't wait to get mine on the road...hope your modding goes alright..keep me posted...I'll get some pics of mine up soon - it looks pretty ratty at the moment coz I've taken so long to do everything (two kids, misses etc) but hopefully will polish up and look a bit more respectable.
