Title: Creaky Clutch Pedal

just noticed when i push down on the clutch pedal it creaks. is it jut case of greasing it up a bit ??

if its the 8v then you need a new cable or you could take the cable out and then hang it on the washing line or anywhere and throw some oil down it. but best to get a new one from gsf as they have some genuine VW ones

Jack up the clutch release mechanism, disconnect at that side, then disconnect at pedal side. Refitting is the opposite of removal.  :smiley:

 The tough bit is guiding it through the bulkhead.
