Hi, I have a mk3 golf gti 8v. A few times over the past couple of weeks it has cut out when I've been driving, its running fine generally just that. All these times it has been when its cold and not been running long. Its as if it has stalled but whilst driving along.. Ive had this problem before, 2 years ago when I bought the car, and I had the crank sensor replaced (that was the problem), I also had a relay replaced that was suspected the problem (all though it wasnt) so surely it cant be those things? Any advice would be much appreciated, Im reluctant to go to a garage just yet because if its anything to do with electrics its abit out if my league, and may be taken advantage of haha!
Thanks guys!
Heather
