Why is it when people find things like this the first thing thats always said ' secret military experiment' 

also qr code for aliens  :grin:

to me it just looks like there was some work going on there in the past and theres little roads made. and small airport for incoming deliveries ect.

Yeah. It's gotta be something like a wind or solar farm. Airport used for deliveries.

If you zoom into some of those you can clearly see its wind and solar farms

The black dot ones in a squar just look like storage tanks. possibly used to store water for one of the little airpoets or other things. or simelar.
