Hello!
Had the car for nearly 2 months now, its been faultless!
just replaced the clutch, uprated for more power :evil:
funds are low atm, so just been cleaning it loads really, waiting for some big update's to make it my own!

progress, going slow! figureing out how to attach the new gear knob and leather, to the old mk4 bit, will try hot glue, then ill stich it i guess.

get the bora sport clock overlays off ebay (think there like £10-15) really makes the dials look better especially at night :cool: :cool:

Toby cut the full beam and indicator icons out from the standard foils and stick them on the Bora foils :wink:

head lining and all the bits are OUT! also, wing mirror covers are painted white!, also rocker cover painted.

head lining is now back in and black!!
wasted £30 on dye! and just ended up going grey!
so got a few cans of sattin black! and the jobs a gooden! i forgot about the bit oin the boot, so ill pop that off at the weekend! and the door cils!
ill get some pics tomorow, if its light when i get home!

boost gauge pod, has been painted, and is fitted!! ill grab some pic's when i remember! still aint finished the head lining, got the door sills to do! but al looks good!!
did the 312mm upgrade!! well worth it IMO! did it in the dark under torch light! easy job!
yeah i shut the sliding door on my van, but then rememberd i needed something elce, and put my hand in the way! it hurt haha!!
unsure on what to do with the car atm! still suffering from christmas ££ and, just re-insured the car £1048 fully comp! and tax at the end of the month!!

saab red top injector's
tonight i got a vid of the engine running again boy ben works hard!
so iv got to get the ko4 manifold fitted now, and set about fitting a FMIC!

ko4-022 as it just came of my mate's s3 whos going bigger, i got it all for a nice price, and i new it had been looked after!
and he fitted it for me aswell :grin:

did you read my thread
i know a guy with a MK3 with same set up as me but running Emeral standalone and a K04 Hybrid, 320 bhp
side by side with mine and i hammered it easily !!!!! Carbon custom map on mine is absolute bonkers!! guy with the other mk3 thought mine was at least 350 HP :grin: :grin: :grin:
so my advice is, get a really good map on it

Booked in to r tech on the 2nd of march!! Cant wait!

All the intercooler pipework is here, had my n75 and diverter valves welded on to the alloy pipe!

Not seen this before.... looks nice in white, don't see many at all and white is getting very popular again when it comes to new cars.... I had a white MK1 once, loved it but bugs and tar on the front really p155ed me off.

You need to spend a little more and get an uprated fuel pump. Just had a picture off Nick with my old baby making 271bhp with a maxxed out fuel pump.
Least i know the car went to a good owner who's continuing the modifications. :afro:

I was lucky i managed to find a 2nd hand in tank walbro one for £30 off ebay, the guy had never used it, it had only been sitting in the tank for 6 months but I had the last year to search for it.
So when are you getting it back now?

New Fuel pump on order dude
Maxed to stock one out at 277bhp 270lbft, infact the fuel started to head north at 250bhp..lol I cannot get over how well the your Relentless manifold setup works with the AGU and 2.5" FMIC pipes..... Its fecking imense AWESOME!!! The power is Relentless it make 277bhp with EASE. I was gutted when we maxed the fuel out and could not carry on, I think 285-290bhp is on the cards dude. I am running my own set of Saab red 360cc in it at the moment, but looking to go 440cc if I can get some at the right price.
The Bosch red you set where the Ford Reds at 300cc, which are perfect for a K03s-Forge actuator and 2.75" VR6 MAF.
Now I know where you thread is I can keep you updated better, I dont browse the forum as much now we not a sponsor so miss a lot of posts.
A few of the Audi-sport.net members are awaiting your final results, they have not a tuner who can do the AGU custom maps.

Power as it is is very good, great pick up and pulls very strong. once the new pump and injectors are mapped in then it is gonna be very quick. Good work Toby you just need to clean her when its done. :laugh:

It's a bit poor on handling - which I'm working on, and I cant really put the power down in 1st and 2nd!
But it gives my mates 405 bhp Audi s3 a good run for its money 3rd gear rolling start :cool:

Unfortunately not :( iv got a course on the Monday! Changing my life! So need to be there on the Sunday afternoon! And don't really wana risk going to inters down the strip and break something etc!
