quick question ive had my coilovers on my car for around 3 years now and still arent in bad condition. i was thinking of dropping it down a bit more but didnt want to start and run into trouble if they are seized up.
shall i have a crack at this or do you think it'll be more trouble than its worth,
just to let you know it wasnt for a few mm its going all the way down or nothing at all

if you aint put any copper grease on when you 1st put them on then they will be seized up like a beech. used wd40 and let it soak for some time

Go for it!!!!!!

If they were not greased / copperslipped from new I doubt you will get them to move.

hammer and screwdriver (hardened type)

Use plusgas rather than WD40. WD40 is a water disperer, not a penetrating lube (Use KY for actual penetrating lube).

and plenty of it. leave it for hours and keep adding.
Also wire brush the threads

Mine have never seazed because they're not cheapo tat and I copper greased all the threads. A quick wipe off the dirt and they move fine. Then just re copper grease all the threads and adjust.

I think you'll have a bit of trouble i have the same problem with mine and no amount of wd40 will help you. Taking them off the car and soaking them in diesel is your best bet if you really want to do it
