Title: newbie with questions
Post by: parky86 on 13 November 2011, 15:37
hey eveyone i just got my first golf. its a 1994 mk3 gti 3 door with a 2.0 8v engine.
anyway my question is should it have front fog lamps?
as ive got a switch in the dashboard which lights up green when pulled but i get no light. assumed the bulbs where gone but on closer inspection there are no fog lamps just blacking covers that look like lights, i removed these and there wasn't even any loom or plugs? seems a bit strange!

Does the switch pull out once or twice? If it only pulls out once then it's for your rear fog light

Fog Lights were an option, if you want to add them you'll need the loom, lights and a different switch
