stumbling into this convo, i have a question to ask.... whats the difference between 235\35\19 and 225\35/19 ? Isnt that the width of the tyre? I can understand why the tyre wall width effects the speedo but not the width of a tyres  help me out
-
i think it's because the 35 is a % of the width so it's more on 235 than 225.
-
so... which size has a thinner looking wall? the 235 or 225
-
225's are smaller by 7mm overall ,so by 3.5mm which would make no difference to anything.

useful information, thanks man

no worries. if you need more www.rochfordtyres.co.uk have a tyre size calculator
