hiya folks,
was just wondering i have just put my steelies on my mk2 and i am looking to change the suspension its pretty low as it is but want to get new coilovers all round, question is would i need new dampers too? or just the coilovers?
any replies much helpfull

you mean top mount bushings?
Makes sence to change them. Do it right the first time :smiley:

coilovers are the shocks and springs as a unit i believe you are asking if its ok to just change the springs
this depends on what shocks you have already if you have standsrd shocks and 30mm lower springs should be ok with just springs if you want to go lower say 80mm youl need shorter shocks aswell
best quality you can afford aswell as cheep coilovers give cheep ride

so if i get a good decent set of coilvers that should do me?
any suggestions to a set of good ones, its been years since i changed suspension haha

Search coilovers it will have been covered many times over!
Personal choice of make would be KW's, budget Weiltec who make KW without stainless bodies! :cool:
