EKTA says Left VW Tiguan Headlight.

Nothing for revision J but G is LHD.

Without sounding daft, they aren't for both RHD & LHD vehicles with a switch to change the beam pattern like some aftermarket headlights?

5n1 is RHD headlight again for a Tiguan.

1   5N1 941 031    twin halogen headlamps   left   1   
(right-hand traffic only)         
(1)   5N1 941 032    twin halogen headlamps        right 1
(right-hand traffic only)
