Title: interior lights wont turn off!

Hi guys
I purchased 56 plate GT TDi and none of the interior lights were working. I found there was a fuse missing so replaced the fuse. But having done this, the front internal lights stay on all the time when driving. They do however turn off when the engine is off.

any ideas as to why the lights stay on? any ideas as to the cost for getting this sorted?

Silly question but have you tried the switch on the light unit itself?

yep have tried that. guessing it must be a problem with the electrics...

maybe another silly Q, does the lights stay on when the engine off and car is locked?

Have you tried pressing the reading light buttons?
