Would the wheels on this mk3 that came off a mk4 fit straight on or would I need some adapters?

Cheers.

Are they the exact ones in the link?

You need to check the tyre size as Mk4's run a higher profile tyre than mk3s other than that they'll fit fine

Mk4's run 205/55/16 which will be too big for your Mk3, you'll need either 205/45/16 or 215/40/16

I have 205/55/16 on my rears lowered 40mm (being changed to match the front when I get paid!)
