Nick,
I have sent an email and filled out contact form on your site. I also phoned yesterday from New Zealand and someone told me you would look back through your emails.
I am just looking for a price to map and de-immobilise a couple of AGU ECU's and I will send them to you from NZ.
Please get back to me,
Barry.

stick 'em in the post to them with instructions mate

Hello,
We are still on Fridays email list from last week, just playing catch up as usual. We only get time to answer emails between jobs during day, and we dont have a sale team just the boys in the workshop/dyno.
As for a postal remapping this is not a service we offer.
We need to have the cars here in our workshop so we can log and test to make sure everything is working as it should .
If we do a postal service and you have issues like a weak fuel pump and we cannot diagnose or log the car, and you end up with a melted piston or valve then the map will be the first thing to question.
Sorry I cannot help you this time, but if you fancy a long road trip then your more than welcome.
Nick

That would be a hell of a road trip

long road trip  It would be a bloody good drive home once mapped.
I dont like the risk factor which could lead to issues, if it was a postal remap on one car in the UK and was an active forum member, then I might think about it as I could alway help if there are post map issues.. but New Zealand would cost me a bomb in fuel getting there.
Nick..

I have had a few 5 £figure investment offers to take R-Tech up as a brand to go nationwide / worldwide with the aim of big profit. But at the end of the day R-Tech is a little unit which you could call a sh@t hole in a shed some where in Leicestershire, but this shed is house to a great team of lads which imo is R-Tech and it would be hard to replicate buy going franchise. I dont wake up in the moring thinking about my bills, profit prices, markting ect.. I wake up thinking what car do we have on the dyno first and can we make the customer drive away with a grin... The buzz factor I get is reading customer feedback and the email/text of thanks we get. No 5 £figure sum can buy that....

Couldnt have summed up a sucessful business in better words Nick!

And this is the reason R-Tech get so much good feedback.
Too many tuners out there taking money off customers hands and thats the end of the business, R-Tech are one of few companies out there who look after your car even after the remap. Keep it up guys welldone.
