Looking to have stage 2 map as well, your spec similar to mine but I have 3"APR down pipe with sports cat and full milltek system. Mine running APR map which is pretty awesome. Will be interested if stage 2 map would benefit from larger injectors.

Your fuel trims will be way out and could be washing the bores under load conditions which can make the oil weak, the bigger injectors need to be mapped in just the same when going for a 4 bar fuel reg.  If you log blocks 32 you will find your fuel trim MULT/ADD adaptions are hitting the upper limits.

Your best bet is leave them until you take it for mapping then you can get them setup correct, Get the map changed the fitting the injectors.  To change the AUM map for bigger injectors is only a 5 min job, just need to adjust the 1x1 KRKTE - primary fueling constant map for the 380cc flow rate then the whole map will be spot on fuel wise.

Not the same ecus..

AGUs can be offset with bigger maf % to go with injectors.

Overfueling which can wash in to the oil and cause issues, the power will be less as you will be running far to rich top end when the car reverts to the lambda protection maps.  There are no gain to be had by fitting bigger injectors / 4 bar fuel reg without making map changes.

The stock AUM injectors will flow to a little under 265bhp maxed out.

ah ok then i was bored so fitted them so either take them out or remap them i was wondering is there any way of sending you my ecu to get it mapped and you send it back or wont that work?? i had them so thought i would use them someone before me cross threaded the bar that bolts to the inlet manifold so would you say use them or sell them on??

cheers

Hello,

Its custom mapping which means map changes and lots of data logging to get the map correct 100%. if your using them then it needs to be done right. IMO its  a waste of good mapping time money and over kill, save them until you got a bigger turbo its only a 10 mins job to swap them over.

I had call from a tuner this morning regarding a car with the exact same spec and asking the pro and cons for taking there spec1 map and setting it for the 380cc injectors and decat?

In your map which is an 03DR 128  your fuel will be set to run lean around 14.7:1 then richen up when the car is under load and a theory egt has been match.  Running a car with more fuel than is needed will reduce your power in a big way, 1.8T AUMs make more power with less fuel 12.9:1 and better charge air cooling.

We can help but cannot provide mobile remap, and I think it would be a waste of your money doing it.
