Well the 2 BBS LM reps on the rear of my car were looking pretty tired around the polished lip , so I thought I would try my hand at a quick refurb this morning.

first step I set about them with 120grit , then 240 . I done this all by hand btw (note my little helper)

after that I went to 1200 , then 2500 grit . I know I should have prob used other grades inbetween , but it was tiring work ! After this I hit the wheel with some autosol , heres a 50/50

one down one to go. Im still unsure whether to lacquer them or just seal them and maintain it , thoughts ?
all in all a quick easy and cheap job , but im happy with the result !

cheers , I think Ill do a better job once winters out the way and then lacquer them. Put 3 coats of wheel sealant for time being and will keep it topped up.
