are these any good? a bloke i work with said he had one and really rates them.

yeah there good bikes they are a vtwin,and if i remember they were cheaper to insure than my vfr 400 a few years ago and there faster

plenty of low down grunt oh yeah stick it in second then squirt the throttle and it will lift,they sound very nice vtwins

sounds good :cool:, i was lookin at gettin a project car/toy but thort that its gunna cost to much to have 2 cars so gunna do my bike test and most propably get one of these, what are they like for taller people? (im 6foot4)

brilliant mate there quite a tall bike,also consider a suzuki bandit 600 there quite good but both will be quite expensive to insure for a new rider also look at suzuki gs 500 they are very cheap to insure

okay bud will have a look at those, i think they will fairly cheap on insurance considering i was looking at gsxr750 before this :rolleyes: :grin:

Really easy to ride and quite comfortable on a journey,it shares a lot of parts with the R6

SV's are really nice bikes, my brother had one from new and loved it but they corrode like you don't know what !

Not into sv's at all. Think you will get bored quite quickly.
Just get your budget in mind and see what you can afford!

All this talk of motorbikes is making me want to get another bike but I think I would go for a Suzuki tl1000 vtwin monster
