Yes TT Comps are 17" but they did a 16" wheel that looked nearly the same.

Id start with a haircut then a bit of colourcoding.
Find a set of wheels you like(Photoshop some on to give you an idea) as this will change the cars appearance no end!
Main thing to work on is that haircut though

Car looks very tidy btw

As already said:

TT speedlines = 16"
TT Comps = 17"
Fat Fives = 18"

If it were my car i'd be looking at removing mud flaps, smoked indicators/side repeaters, joey mod headlights, paint bottom grill slat (or better put the badged one back on), shorter aerial, pressed plates, plate surrounds, lower bumper vents, aero wipers and spacers

I very briefly fitted 23mm rears and 18mm fronts

Get legal pressed plates from Dubmeister

Have a look at dubmeister for the plates

Not got brilliant pics of spacers fitted, but front:

Rear:

In the pics of the rears the fronts hadn't been fitted and the suspension was still to settle from being jacked up. Had a tiny amount of rubbing up front but if I'd trimmed the plastic trim it would have solved it
