Has anyone had any of the cheap VR6 chin spoilers off of eBay?
Just wondered what the quality was like??!! :huh:

Agreed, mine from Eurowagens was a good fit & took an absolute battering before it finally let go :cool:

the cheapest ones on ebay dont clip in properly and i had a 1/2 inch gap in the middle wtf! got rid got a genuine one and it clips in straight away and sits as it should fine , go genuine!

Cheap ebay one's are rubbish.You can push them into place and pull them out again with no problem at all,they do'nt "lock" into place properly,a strong wind would blow it off.Plastic is too brittle.

I think you can no longer get them new from VW so you have to use a copy.

my last one i got from ebay claimed to be more flexible and had a picture of some bloke twisting it without it breaking. had that on the car for quite a wile and it took a good battering but finaly gave up when i went off a ramp abit to fast and totalled it. but it used to bend right under car and bounce back all the time.

That's the one I had, can't see it on eBay now though :undecided:
