hi all

i currently have a 1.4 golf mk3 5 door

im wanting to do a conversion my self this winter

so i need sumthing not too difficult

also im not massive on the fuel consumption of a vr6

im thinking 2.0 8v or 2.0 16v maybe

what other options do i have

also hoow much will i have to change

i have done conversions before i dont rely want to have to change the tank, pump or lines
are these all same on a mk3 petrol

Step 1 = sell it
Step 2 = buy something quicker.

Much easier and a lot less ballache, starting with a 1.4 means everything needs changing.

Your insurance would be higher with the conversion car than what it would the 8v or 16v as standard, so pointless idea. If you really like converting then find a project more worthwhile.
