i have recently bought a mk3 golf, and it has manual windows, i just wondered is it possible to upgrade to electric windows?

Yes but will need to add the wiring I believe.

i had this kit installed on my golf when i had it, brilliant kit, and SPAL even send you replacement parts for free,
