Title: Latest Purchase
Post by: Deano2711 on 22 October 2011, 16:18
Just been to fetch this today. Swapped my Bora for this as I had always fancied a Mark 2 but never had one. Had plenty of Mark 3's and a few Mark 4's but this is my first foray into the world of the Mark 2 and so far I am impressed. No doubt I will be asking for plenty of help and advice of the Mark 2 section.

It's a 16v with TSR Head and full stainless Magnex exhaust, FK Supersport coilovers, flushed rear hatch to name a few mods. Also came with a massive folder of bills of receipts including every mot from new and loads of old tax discs and loads of receipts for work done to the car.
Heres some pics. Sorry for the quality but just got home and took a few shots as it stands. Will clean it up and post some better pics.

Pearl Grey? La7u? My last mk2 was pearl grey and i loved it! (doesn't show the dirt!   )

Looks lovely, personally not a fan of smoothed recesses on the rear, but it's all down to preference!

looks in good nick from the pics!
