Title: Lowering Springs

What is the lowest I can go on lowering springs and not damage or strain the standard shocks ??
I wanna go down about 40mm ??

40mm is the lowest although the life span of the standard shocks will be shorter  :cool:

Not really, much better to fit a good quality spring / shock.
