Chinese toddler run over twice and passed by 18 people on foot before anyone stopped to help  :undecided:  :sick: :angry:

a sad indication of the world that we now live in where people will not even stop to see a badly injured child as they don't want to get involved   :shocked:

and as for the drivers of the trucks they will be strung up when they are found  :angry:

hopefully the child will recover  and not be too traumatised in the future   :sad:

The big thing about this is there has being several people in china who have helped people following accidents and they have being held accountable for some of the medical bills!

same would happen here if that happened

I dont think that would as we have the NHS.

.. but yes in many countries if you see a body on the street you leave it. It much easier to pin a crime when they have some very easy circumstantial evidence
