Title: Fuel injector insulators. Advice and help!

I need some fuel injector insulators/seals. (mk2 gti 1.8 8v) Cant find any anywhere!! Really need some help with this one, getting desperate.

Was wondering if these have any electrical insulation? As ive made some out of metal. The car runs but it dosent rev up. Seems either air is getting in. Or if there is an electrical connection maybe thats not helping?

gsf mate will do injector seal about 20p each iirc

I was after the injector housing inserts that screw into the head. Managed to find them after some digging. Theyre available from vw under the part number 037 133 555a.
