I asking the experienced here,  what chip is recommended for a mk3 gti 8v.  The americans seem to rave about the garrett chip, but there are no dealers on this side of the atlantic.

By the way does/can the chip compensate when the cat is taken off?

I have heard good things about amd ones for the golfs
