Good phone, just cheaply made

My mate has the S2. Looks a great phone and got a shed load of features. Only thing he was jealous of my 4s was Siri lol, that's about it!

Why would I get bored of it? Its f**king ace :grin:My mate has the S2. Looks a great phone and got a shed load of features. Only thing he was jealous of my 4s was Siri lol, that's about it!
Considering most of the features of Siri is already on the S2 I dont see why he's jealous
-
Because its better. Siri works much better than what's on the galaxy S2. By the way I navigated here with Siri and dictated this with Siri.
Winning

Thats good for you.
Does the Iphone float in front of you as well so you don't have to hold it with your hand which has fingers?

This must be great for you, as you do come across as the sort of person who likes the sound of their own voice.
TBH this is why Siri is such a big win for iPhone owners - they get to sound important talking to themselves more.
-
Great for me while im playing on my xbox and on here

Dude, i said one feature of the iphone seemed better? Why so arsey about it? lol Even my mate said siri was much better. Im not trying to make this a competition, there are always better phones out there, who give two shi*ts. I certainly dont! My iphone does what i want so im happy for now...

Because they'll be the ones talking to their phones instead of real people

I've trialed this and it works, My sister was using siri for an email.... i yelled Chilli Wang.
It made it into the email.
Cant wait to that more on the tube

Ah the continuing victim of foot-in-mouth disease. Something about build quality:
http://youtu.be/elKxgsrJFhw
Turns out the iPhone's pathetically fragile in comparison to the Samsung offering.... even if it is 'cheaply made'.

Foot in mouth indeed, on your part sadly. Please have a look and see where i mentioned 'durability', there's a good girl.
The iPhone is made of glass and metal, the samsung is made from recycled lego, of course it will fair a drop better. Find someone who doesnt have a case for their iPhone though as it is much tougher with one!
-
so you're bigging up the fact it's made of glass and metal and won't survive a fall as well?
A phone case is a must for any phone let alone the current smart phones that break if you look at them the wrong way

Yes, its made better than the cheapo plastic of the GS2 and has a much higher premium feel to it. I have never dropped my phone so it doesnt come into my mind when i purchase it.
-
... so how do you explain the iPhone 4S glass cracking at shoulder height and the SGS2 glass not cracking? As the SGS2 is made of recycled lego, what is the glass made from then?
oh yeah, that's right Gorilla glass. Decent, high quality, premium glass.
-
lol here come the fandroids
Im not too fussed about a video from a warranty company, which stands to make a fortune from the better selling phone breaking
GS2 feels cheap. Phones spend more time in my hand than on the floor so the feel means more than the ability to survive a drop.
-
To be fair ive broke the glass on the iphone 4 3 times its is very weak at even half a metre!!

bollocks the iPhone 4 is virtually indestructible i dropped mine out of the car window doing 30mph and there was hardly a scratch on it, nothing beats an iphone there light years ahead of its competitors

nuts the iPhone 4 is virtually indestructible i dropped mine out of the car window doing 30mph and there was hardly a scratch on it, nothing beats an iphone there light years ahead of its competitors
On to what grass!! theres no fookin way u dropped an iphone without a case on to any kind of hard surface at 30mph and it diddnt have a dent scratches or broken glass!!!! f**k me even a jcb sitemaster would have a mark!!!

The outstanding work continues.
If I wanted a trinket I'd buy something shiny, which seems to be the modus operandi of many iphone purchasers.
If I wanted a phone that continued working after an accident, I wouldn't buy an iphone.
As for it being a warrantee company's video, it's not going to help them sell warrantees to Samsung owners, so your point doesn't make sense.... unless of course iphone buyers are more gullible and thus easier to sell warrantees to...
Stop dropping it then
Are you aware of the phrase 'pride comes before a fall'?
-
He is being facetious damien
So a warranty company wouldnt want a phone which has sold millions more than the GS2 to break easily? Of course not :lipsrsealed:
-
Was gonna say otherwise i think id be phoning mythbusters hahah!

GS2 feels nice better than my old Desire. Any way why do you want a iphone to feel nice in you hand when you dont even hold it because Siri is so awesome it does everything hands free?
-
Steve, you need a bigger one of these:

Why would you need hands free?
