Ummmm don't know if this fits the criteria but I stayed at a 'Kyriad' hotel that had a free shuttlebus to the park
It was reasonably priced, ok food and nice premier inn standard rooms

as for places to stay around ED... have you checked out the disney hotels? i don't know if there are any but some might offer special deals over autumn/winter

We have stayed in Val De Europe, free bus frequently and a few good resturants.
The hotel/apartment hotel we stay at can be found here:

Can also be booked through Hoseasons

I stayed here on my honeymoon

Absolutely amazing! 8mins on regular free buses to Disney.
In 2 weeks in Paris we met only 1 stereotypical moody French person. All the rest were great.

You could stay in Paris and jump on the train. I've done that before and it doesn't take that long. When EuroDisney first opened I stayed in a place about 40 mins away and it was a pain in the arse getting to ED and the locals weren't impressed by the influx of Johnny English either.
If you stay in Paris you can spend a few days at ED getting shoved about by the peasant masses of Europe and spend a day or two wandering around the capital letching at the French lay-dees.
