Do you have discs or drums on the back?Ive got a nearly new set of pads you can have and possibly some discs too.If they are drums i have a new set of shoes too.
Depending on the engine i may have a temp sensor too.You can have them if it helps you out.My missus has family in Mansfield(i live in Lincoln) so can drop them off next time im out there or leave them at her folks house on Langley Close?

Cant help you with the tyres though sorry.

most girls don't know anything about cars except for the colour and that they need petrol now and again

so tell her that you adjusted everything to make it work

and  sadly the police stopped you about the tyres

all of the stuff mentioned are requirements of a fully functioning road legal car. tell her to do one and get it all done. if she doesn't like it tell her to leave.

You can't do only one, as there are two things which are potentially dangerous.

Get a new wife.

My Wife has said something similar before, told her if it all doesn't get done and there is an accident because of work  that needed doing and wasn't how sh!t would she feel... she changed her mind after moaning. Lots.

My G/f didn't notice when I changed the headlights and put the anni kit on it

I'm getting an earful at the moment because I just told her I'm spending a day at Carbon Chiptuning in a week or so to try and fix a potential boost leak....of course the boost leak is my fault because I 'shouldn't have got the remap in the first place...it was fine as it was'

My missus moans like f**k at me because I'm always doing something to it on weekends. I tell her the only thing I have done is change the suspension, and changed the alloys. I then tell her to shut up and stop moaning for no reason
When infact I've done loads of things to it and because she aint got a clue about cars and can't see the changes, I get away with it

You need to remember that they probably do the same to you! I know my wife does. She bought a new jacket the other week that apparently cost her £55. Funny how I find the invoice saying it was £85!!! Cant really say much as I do exactly the same when it comes to modding the car. Her - "Is the front of the car new?" (grille), Me - "Nooooo! Its been like that for a year since the day I bought it! :lipsrsealed:". Her - "Oh, I never noticed"
