Just fitted new lowering springs and struts, car looks a hell of a lot better. Handles very well. Gear changes are very crisp and 'short', no thinking about accelerating from the engine.
However, there is a big increase in the vibrations through the cab. It goes away and is not noticeable while driving but when at idle it is kind of annoying. Will this 'settle' down or will I have to put up with it?

I think from threads I have read you will need to put up with it.

as wayne said, you`ll have to learn to love it.. can`t imagine what noises and vibrations i will be getting in my car now it`s stripped out, and to be honest, i`m looking forward to the rattling empty tinnyness. and in all fairness the golf has probably got to be the "second" best built car i have owned which in "my" opinion is a downside :evil:

might settle over time once its worn in a bit
