Title: electric windows stopped working

hey all im new to this site
i though id ask if anyone can help me, i have a mk5 golf gti and my electric windows have stopped working + my mirrors.
ive plugged a VAG up and it keeps telling me to check terminal 30 but i have no idea what to do.

does your drivers central locking work also? be worth checking

checked all the fuses they seem fine :( central locking work n idicators work but windows n mirrors dont :(
could it be a relay?

Find someone with a vcds cable and let them scan the car for fault code(s).

it comes up with saying check terminal 30 looking for fuses

what about total closure? (hold unlock button to drop windows, and vice versa)

all 4 windows stopped working and also the key does not close it by thob or by putting the key into the door
