Title: Mileage adjustment or speedo change

Alrite folks. Light behind the MFA will not work regardless of bulb change, all the rest ok. So I'm going to have to get another set of clocks but want to keep my mileage. Which is quicker, changing the mileage on the new set of clocks or swapping my speedo unit into the new set? Also could someone PM or post a guide please?

Swap the speedo - it's only 5 screws and pops out...
