Gonna sound really random and stupid, because it is.
Well I'm sitting there chewing some plastic, like a wrapper or something and playing about with my phone near my mouth the plastic goes in the USB/charger port. Well obviously it's shorting something out small time and goes into car mode.
What is it and what accessory brings it on?
Google just found people with errors that it's coming on.

Needs a bluetooth headset or kit for the car, the phone will automatically go into 'car mode' when it comes close to a BT kit/headset it's been paired with before (much like Vlingos car mode). Surely it should be obvious by what's on the screen?

Oh right. No idea what it think is plugged into it then?
Cheers.
Vlingo is awesome tbh.

Does the USB port still work?

Yeah works fine, was just hoping there was some funky gadget I'd now want really.
All works fine but obviously (this is gross but meh) where I'd been chewing on this wrapper (I've never grown up) obviously the saliva was causing a high resistance short and for some reason sticking it in car mode via the USB port.
Maybe there's a handsfree kit or something you can plug in? :undecided:
