Title: Wiring Diagram

I am in need of a decent wiring diagram for a 1996 2.0 16v ABF engine inc as i seam to be going round and round and getting nowhere lol

I think there are parts missing from the wiring i bought like the ignition amp and not knowing much about VW's i didnt know i needed one autodata diagram is a bit useless and does not make itself very clear

One last thing the distributor i have has a 3 pin connection on it (+ 0 -) so plus and minus are easy where does the 3rd wire come from? pin 8?

You have +, - and the hall output. This should all be shown in diagram. Haven't got it to hand.

With that i was able to check what i had made and make sure it was correct using both sources i now had

Turns out the crankshaft sensor was dead once that was changed and the immob was programmed out car runs and is being tracked today
