Title: Hard line to flexi spring clips

Car failed mot on corroded brake lines last week. Not too much of a problem, new ones on and bled.
Only thing is somewhere i ve misplaced the spring clips that attach the hard line to flexi and i want to get the car retested soon as so i can re tax it. Is there a bodge i can do for mot purposes  (not even sure if thats a failure) untill i get some more?

Maybe try vw? Or a scrap yard.

Really want to get it done tommorow afternoon which is when vw and scrapyard will be closed.
Just had to go and sort it in the dark with a torch because its the only time i had.
