Just joined and thought I would start my own project thread for my MK2 8v.
Bought the car a couple of weeks back with a view to it becoming my daily. It needs a bit of work mechanically and aesthetically to bring up to scratch.

It sits pretty low at the moment which is not much use for a daily. Boge Turbo's and Eibach springs on order
Think these are G60 arches but these will be sold/swapped in favour of the standard kit, as will the electric Recaro's, Momo steering wheel and colour coded Ronal LS'S

My ultimate goal is to return it back to a standard looking car twin headlamps, standard BBS RA's, Rainbow interior etc.
With this in mind I have spent the day ripping out the interior in its entirety including the dash which was cracked??, replaced the heater matrix and flushed through the cooling system.
This is the other half's 8v which thankfully needs no work

Depending on rust, looks like it could be a really nice project

Looks tidy  Do I spy an integrale in the background?
If you fancy selling the G60's I could be interested for the right price.
