Hi guys, I was just wondering - Will a back box from a MK3 GTI 16v fit onto the 8v?

Some I've seen say for GTI 8v and not 16v so was thinking there might be a difference.

I hope not, cos I've seen a 16v backbox i really want....

if fitting a 16v rear box you will need a 16v centre box as well. hope this helps. read this in the golf tech section a few monthes back, can't remember which issue

is the cat the same on 8/16v and vr6's cos most aftermarket exhaust are advertised for all three models as the same?
