Surly they came with instructions, well its obvious that starting from the left, piece 2 clips into 1 and has the ability to spin round 180 degrees.... Piece 3 looks like the main part but how that fits in with the first 2 pieces is hard to tell by your photo as it looks like the last piece is upside down.

This.

Go get some wood blocks.

Much better than bricks as they don't crack up and shatter under pressure.

Only pikeys use bricks under cars.

theres 2 chucks there, one seperate, one complete, choose how you want/need to use them, either either side of one wheel, or both in front or behind of either front or rear wheels, your option are endless, although ive said all what can be done with them

on another note, theres nowt wrong with using wood, or bricks from your parents 'feature wall'

Try closing your eyes and rubbing them together whilst wispering chocks three times. If that doesn't work I'm all out of ideas.

I use bricks and I'm no pikey.

I know I'm not a pikey because I don't steal, I play croquet on the lawn and have pimms with the station commander and the PMC, whato chap.

Edit: Infact, I have permanantly borrowed some aircraft chocks for when I had my chevy  :lipsrsealed:

Look who's talking.

Was a mere joke.

I don't use wood or bricks personally, but I'm not a DIY mechanic.

I use a piece of wood I made with steps to get my car to a level I can get a jack under and that is all.

Oh right - non-'DIY' mechanics don't use anything but a jack.

As before - it's like an auto-FAIL mechanism.

You are genuinely a complete moron.

Can't accept a little joke.

Actually, I use a variety of tools. I'm proud of my standard of work, I've seen the after effects of yours.  :lipsrsealed:

does it really matter what you use? I thought the idea was to stop a car rolling off (when properly lifted and on axle stands)

I rob my driveway when I chock mine (but that's more down to my home d.i.y skills!)
