What ISO is it? If it's Linux then use PenDrive Linux's universal USB installer
http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/

If it's Windows, it would depend on what version of Windows, however I've had some success with WinToFlash http://wintoflash.com/home/en/ it cuts out the command line utilities you can use with Windows 7.

If it's a data ISO then use WinRAR to extract it to USB.
