what cost im i looking at getting the flywheel done on a bora tdi? is a solid one better option?its a little noicy at the minute not to bad yet though.

Flywheels are around £250ish depending on the make
Then you got to remove it and can be anywhere from £100 to £300
Whilst you're doing that you just as well replace the clutch as it will be just one lot of labour
I'd put up with the noise for a little while longer. A solid flywheel chatters like fook

What engine is yours??
If you have a 6 speed box then Euro Car Parts do a complete kit for a very good price

Just brought a pd130 bora for £1650 he said flywheels abit noisy but I can hardly hear it to be honest

I replaced mine cos the clutch was coming out :tongue:
Started rattling again just before i sold it some 30,000miles later........... :lipsrsealed:
