... doesn't start  :huh:

Ignition light comes on for about half a sec then goes off and have no power to anything... occasionally the ignition light will flicker on and off randomly if key is in and turned...  :undecided:

Are you sure the battery is fully charged?  If it is then it sounds like the ignition switch is knackered, or possibly the battery terminals are loose or some of your engine earth leads are missing/loose.
