Title: Outer CV Joint

Recently had a bit of a rumble/knocking from the passenger side front corner. Found out the CV Gaitor had split so got this changed. Still got the problem so now thinking the CV joint is knackered. Going to use the Euro Car Parts sponsership deal to get the joint and then going to change myself thanks to the great weather we are having. Never done one of these before but just fancy having a go. Does anyone have any tips or advise for doing the job I should know about ??      Cheers

check ur arb droplinks 1st mate,  i changed all the components on mine & these turned out to be the culprit..

Been under the car and checked everything. All was well apart from the CV Gaitor was split and grease everywhere. Had the Gaitor changed and greased up which cured the problem for a couple of days. Just gonna change the CV Joint and renew the Gaitor and grease.
