Title: 1.8t Air vents not illuminating!??

How do, New to the forum so appologies in advance if this is in the wrong place :undecided:

I did have a quick search but kept coming up with the bora vent info!

Noticed that My air vents dont illuminate on my 03 Auq 180t!! Are they suppose even suppose too!?

my friends '00 aum 150 illuminate which got me thinking!


Any help or suggestions would be great!

No they don't unless you fit the bora vents

You should notice that your mate's vents are a different design unless he has retro fitted the leds into his standard vents

You could ask him mind  :tongue:

yes, if they don't close flush they are standard versions

His arent the bora/r32 self shutting ones thought  :huh:

Brought the car like it so I take it someone has fitted leds into them!?

and they deffinitely dont come illuminated on standard gti vents?
