Title: pipe by intercooler

I had a look at the intercooler pancake pipe connection to see if it was loose, which it wasn't, and I seen a rubber pipe hanging down and not connected to anything. Is it supposed to be like it, or has it come off anything. I couldn't find anywhere it could be connected to.
