Title: Bump Strips

Shall I remove bump strips or arches or both or leave them??? Need Advice ??

Depends.... what advice can be given really? surely its a case of do you want them on or not... Be prepared for this trim hiding rust!... It may help you decide the fate of said trim.

You cannot remove the bump strips as that will leave holes in the door.

just use a good trim back to black to get the best out of them

where can i buy bumper strips and wheel arch? I was wanting it for my mk3, also will i need to cut back all the rust before puttin these on?
