Title: The Splits are on!! pics inside!!

finally managed to get the split rims on it for the summer. had to get them refurbed and wasnt sure whether to go for dark centres or not but i well chuffed with them



my camera skills aint up to much!!

First wheels look awesome, but somehow the splits look better!

if anyones interested in how much they cost to get refurbed - well heres a breakdown

£40 - to get them shot blasted
£40 - 120 new bolts
£100 - centres painted
£20 - to get the outer edges polished

i split them down myself & rebuilt them

gambit do you mind me asking, who blasted them for you in belfast

and were do you get that bit for splitting the rims(bit like torx only twice as many points)

Wheels look great

it was a fella just outside Newtownards - on the moville road. think he's called Blastclean solutions - can get you his number if you want. very easy to deal with and had them done for me in a day

Halfords standard 8mm socket is all you need. its a 12 point (or 8 maybe!) socket but it fits perfectly for them
