Just a quickie, my tail pipes are looking a bit worse for wear, ive tried Autosol metal polish and its brought some life back into it but around the tips it seems to be caked on. My question is, is it worth sanding the tips back then polish polish polish to get a nice shine? or shall i just go buy a new back box haha?

dont sand. a guy who makes and fits these stainless steel exhausts said best thing to use is white vinegar, if autosol dont do the trick or use more elbow grease

i think i'll try the white vinigar trick an a bit more elbow grease, whats the best type of cloth to use?

00 wire wool should do the job, then autosol or metal polish of choice
